John Hill started Hill's Lawn & Landscape in 2017, and he still walks every property himself. The focus is detailed property care built for Steamboat's mountain climate, short season, and irrigation quirks: keeping properties healthy, clean, and functional all year, not just mowed.
Because so many Steamboat owners aren't always in town, the work runs on communication. Text photos, gate codes, or questions anytime, and we coordinate remotely for homeowners, second-home owners, HOAs, and property managers alike, often reviewing a property by satellite imagery and photos before we ever set foot on it. We lean on preventative care and efficient irrigation so a property keeps functioning and looking good over time, and we give honest recommendations rather than upselling work you don't need.
